Noriko, a very attractive employee of a cosmetics company, is found dead. Who else can be the suspect but shy and mousy Miki, who is said to have been jealous of Noriko's popularity and who mysteriously disappears after her colleague's death? Reporter Yuji sets out to find out the truth. But what is the truth, and what are lies? RASHOMON meets Twitter in this intelligent crime story.

Director biography
Born in Ibaraki Prefecture in 1970, Yoshihiro NAKAMURA went to Seijo University Department of Arts and Literature. While there he started 8 mm film making, and in 1993 won the PIA Film Festival Grand Prix with SUMMER RAIN KITCHEN. After graduating, he worked as assistant director on films with Yoichi SAI and Juzo ITAMI. In 1999 he made his debut as an independent director with LOCAL NEWS. In 2007 he won the Kaneto Shindo Prize given to the most promising new director by the Japan Film Makers' Association.
