Manga (Japanese comics) already have a huge following all around the world. Characters with expressive eyes and fantastic costumes tell stories of exotic countries or about everyday life right in front of your home. But how are manga created and how do you draw such characters? In this workshop, well-known German manga artist Christina Plaka (“Kimi He - Words for You”, “Master of all Worlds”) will show the participants the first steps to create manga characters and will provide hints how to fill them with life.
