Delve into the world of Japanese cuisine together with Yoshihiro IGUCHI, cook to the Consulate General of Japan. From Gyuniku no Tataki, a beef dish ready to melt in your mouth to Tempura, a traditional meal consisting of fish, vegetables and mushrooms, deep-fried into a light and fluffy bread crumb crust, this workshop offers great recipes for party finger food as well as Japanese main dish delights to surprise your guests.
