Wagashi? Elaborate Japanese sweets made of mochi rice, bean paste, ice cream and soy flour. This year, Lina Zivanovic from Atelier Wabisabi shows you how to prepare and how to eat Kibidango and Minazuki, two dumpling-like treats popular at festivals in Japan especially during summer. If you would like to get to know a new kind of sweet, this workshop gives you the chance to produce and enjoy home-made, deliciously fresh wagashi.
